Who we are looking for

Electreon is developing a unique cloud-based IoT system to charge EVs wirelessly, as they drive, are idling, or are parked. To help us realize this vision, we need a capable and enthusiastic NPI electrical engineer who is eager to join the team.

What you will do

• Prepare full product assembly instructions

• Prepare specific assembly instructions for PCBA/ product modules

• Verify assembly processes according to the instructions

• Batch (-1/0) manufacturing control and verification

• Provide control and definition required documentation to R&D for production

• Deliver training for manufacturing line technicians about new product assemblies

• Define and implement production testing tools and jigs, sub constructor administration in this field

• Deliver treatment for existing electronic components and assemblies BOM (ECO, second sources, cost reduction).

• Operate between generation product design (Based on existing/approved bom component)

• Provide PN and revisions control.

• Undertake product tree building and control

• Examine new and existing PCB and PCBA manufacturers

• Undertake DMF (Design for Manufacturing) for R&D control​

Requirements

• B.Sc in Electrical and Electronic engineering

• 5 years of proven experience in HW (hardware) NPI

• Experience in working with subcontractors for PCB assembly lines

• Experience with DFM process for PCB and electronic components production

• Experience with the ORCAD CIS or Metor Expedition or Altum designer EDA tools

Advantages

• Experience with PDM tools (Agile/ Arena /Siemens /TeamCenter) – Advantage

• Experience with ERP (priority or similar) – Advantage

• Knowledge and understanding of modern power electronics concepts and components – Advantage

• Knowledge and experience in electronic board design – Advantage
