Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a highly experienced, versatile, and passionate QA Team Leader to join our amazing and growing Software Group. As a QA Team Leader, you’ll build and lead a team with a huge impact on the company’s growth. You will also take part in hiring and mentoring QA Engineers, and managing the entire quality aspect of the software production cycle.

What you will do

• Work closely with the Product and Development teams to achieve high quality software
• Integrate documentation standards (STP/STD/STR) and test plans as part of the development process (regression, new features, load testing etc.)
• Perform field testing and integrations with initial root cause analysis to engage the development teams for issue resolution

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a team leader, hiring and leading them to excellence
• 4+ years of experience with testing
• Basic familiarity with SQL. Other types of databases – a plus. Proven experience working in a complex production environment
• Proven experience in backend architecture and testing
• Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with IoT solutions, including firmware testing (hardware and software) – a plus!
• Hands-on involvement with automation scenarios – a plus!
