Who we are looking for

The Quality Assurance Lead will understand all aspects of the product development procedures. The lead will help review product promotional materials, labeling, batch records, specification sheets, and test methods that comply with applicable regulations and policies.

What you will do

You will be a member of our growing Operations team. And help realize the needs and demands of all regulatory and quality aspects of the product.

• Responsibility for all internal and external quality processes
• Qualify, monitor, control and audit subcontractors quality systems, and performance
• Manage failures and drive technical teams towards corrective actions
• Management of the quality routines – internal, and external
• Execution and monitoring – correction of defects
• Build work audits according to the company’s procedures
• Leading and accompanying production improvement processes
• Management of the company’s standard processes, and procedures
• Development of regulatory training for company employees
• Reporting to the COO

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Bsc preferred)
• CRE / CQE certified
• 5 years experience in a similar position with multidisciplinary assembly lines
• Knowledge and experience in writing specifications and procedures
• Identify and understand failures in the fields of mechanics and/or electronics
• High level of English – written and verbal
• Experience working in an ERP environment
• Practical experience in preparation for external, and internal regulatory audits
