Who we are looking for

• A highly experienced supply chain manager who is able to take the Electreon’s supply chain to the next level
• An individual who is skilled and experienced in planning and executing scaleup of supply chains for organizations
• An individual with strong operational and business orientation

What you will do

• Lead the supply chain teams with a clear focus on operational and business goals
• Establish clear objectives in line with the company’s strategy
• Develop clear goals in accordance with the need of internal and external customers in order to measure the output of your team
• Implement BKMand KPI to ongoing progress
  Procurement:
• Bring strong commercial negotiation skills
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers of BTP, BTS, and OTS
  Planning:
• Be proficient at effective long term planning
• Be proficient at inventory management
  Logistics:
• Manage 3PL and local storage
• Control and monitor import, export, and global logistics

Requirements

• You must have 10 years experience in complex global supply chains
• You must have experience of negotiations higher than $10M
• A degree in Industrial Engineering (BSc), Logistics (MA)
• Proven experience working with assembly and integration floors
