Hila is a senior legal executive with extensive experience advising global technology companies and publicly traded corporations. She specializes in commercial law, complex transactions, corporate governance, securities regulation, and multi-jurisdictional compliance, with a proven ability to align legal strategy with business objectives and support scalable international growth. Prior to joining Electreon, Hila practiced at Israel’s leading law firms — S. Horowitz and Yigal Arnon — focusing on commercial litigation, infrastructure projects, and regulatory matters.
At Electreon, Hila leads key legal and corporate functions, supporting investment activity, commercial development, IP strategy, and market-expansion initiatives.
Hila holds an LL.B (with honors) and an LL.M in Public and International Law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a certified mediator.
