Hila has rich legal experience of about 10 years, serving as a lawyer in leading firms in Israel (S. Horowitz and Yigal Arnon) in the fields of commercial and administrative litigation, commercial law, projects, infrastructure, and energy, and represented litigants in labor courts as a trade union secretary (Legal Coordinator).
Hila holds a bachelor’s degree in law and an LLM in International and administrative law from the Hebrew University. She is also a certified mediator.
