Corey Johnson
Director of Strategy, US and advisor on New York Mobility Policy
In Corey’s previous role as Speaker of New York City, in 2019, Corey led New York’s Climate Mobilization Act Act, he also led New York’s Visionary Streets Master Plan, in which he successfully campaigned to break the city’s car culture. The bill mandated 50 miles of bike lanes and 30 miles of dedicated bus lanes on an annual basis, with many additional people and transit-focused initiatives to provide New York residents with viable alternatives to private vehicle ownership. In his role at Electreon, Corey is taking part in transforming global transportation, leading the way to combat climate change, and being on the cutting edge of new technology.
Corey serves as Electreon’s Director of Strategy US and as an Advisor on New York Mobility Policy. Corey shares Electreon’s vision of enabling the most efficient and sustainable shift to electric mobility.
