Sarit has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources and team training. Before joining Electreon, Sarit led the global recruitment and culture for Plarium – a leading mobile, social, and web-based game development company with more than 4,000 global employees. Sarit specializes in recruitment for companies in their hyper-growth stage and believes in maintaining a personal connection with all employees, no matter the size of the company.
Sarit holds an BA in Sociology and Anthropology and an MA in Labor Studies, both from the Tel Aviv University. In her thesis, she specialized in workplace satisfaction in growing companies.
